These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Enviro Membranes, located at 1224 E. Jasmin Ave., Suite D, McAllen, Texas 78501. These terms apply to all purchases, B2B arrangements, and use of our website and AI-powered services.

By accessing or using enviromembranes.com, including our AI assistant, B2B pricing portal, or any services offered by Enviro Membranes, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Eligibility
Our services are intended for business customers (B2B) and individuals engaged in commercial water treatment operations. By using this site you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.
Orders, Pricing & Payment
Product Orders
All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or decline any order at our discretion. An order is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from Enviro Membranes. Pricing is subject to change without notice for non-confirmed orders.
B2B Pricing
Wholesale and B2B pricing is available to qualified businesses upon application approval. Approved pricing tiers are specific to the approved entity and may not be transferred. Misrepresentation of business status to obtain B2B pricing is grounds for immediate account termination.
Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due at time of order. For approved commercial accounts, net payment terms (Net-15, Net-30) may be available. We accept major credit cards, ACH bank transfers, and wire transfers. All prices are in USD.
Taxes
Prices do not include applicable sales tax, use tax, or other governmental charges. These will be added to your invoice as required by law. Resellers with valid resale certificates may be exempt — contact us with your documentation before placing an order.
Shipping & Delivery
Same-Day Shipping Promise
Orders placed before 1:00 PM CST on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays) are eligible for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after 1:00 PM CST will ship the following business day. Enviro Membranes is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs & Address
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. Enviro Membranes is not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Enviro Membranes will assist in filing carrier damage claims but bears no financial responsibility for carrier-caused loss or damage after handoff.
Returns, Warranties & Liability
Return Policy
Unused, unopened products in original manufacturer packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery with prior written authorization. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply. Custom orders, special pricing arrangements, and opened products are non-returnable.
Product Warranties
NanoH2O membranes (manufactured by NanoH2O Co., Ltd., formerly LG Chem Water Solutions) carry manufacturer warranties as specified in the product documentation. Enviro Membranes passes through all applicable manufacturer warranties but does not extend additional warranties beyond what the manufacturer provides. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Enviro Membranes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, equipment downtime, or production losses, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Product Suitability
While our AI assistant and technical team provide product recommendations based on information you supply, the final determination of product suitability for your specific application is your responsibility. We strongly recommend consulting engineering specifications before purchase.
Governing Law & Disputes
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in the courts located in Hidalgo County, Texas for any disputes arising from these terms.
Dispute Resolution
Before initiating any legal or arbitration proceedings, you agree to contact us at info@enviromembranes.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Many issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, product descriptions, AI interaction outputs, and code — is the property of Enviro Membranes or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
AI Assistant
Our AI assistant is provided as a convenience tool for product research and technical guidance. Outputs from the AI are informational only and do not constitute binding quotes, contractual offers, or professional engineering advice. Always verify specifications against official manufacturer documentation.
