These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Enviro Membranes, located at 1224 E. Jasmin Ave., Suite D, McAllen, Texas 78501. These terms apply to all purchases, quoted orders, and use of our website and AI-powered services.

By accessing or using enviromembranes.com, including our AI assistant, online store, or any services offered by Enviro Membranes, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Eligibility
Our store serves businesses and individual buyers. By using this site you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.
Orders, Pricing & Payment
Product Orders
All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or decline any order at our discretion. An order is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from Enviro Membranes. Pricing is subject to change without notice for non-confirmed orders.
Volume Pricing
Volume pricing is published on the site and applied automatically at checkout based on order quantity. Custom volume quotes for larger orders are prepared for the requesting entity and may not be transferred.
Payment Terms
Online orders are paid by card through Stripe at checkout. Quoted orders may be paid by ACH or wire transfer. Net payment terms apply only if we agree to them in writing. All prices are in USD.
Taxes
Prices do not include applicable sales tax, use tax, or other governmental charges. These will be added to your invoice as required by law. Resellers with valid resale certificates may be exempt. Contact us with your documentation before placing an order.
Shipping & Delivery
Same-Day Shipping Guarantee
In-stock orders placed and paid before 1 PM Central Time on a business day (Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays) ship that day. Orders placed later ship the next business day. "Ships" means handed to the carrier. If we miss this, we upgrade that shipment to a faster UPS service at our cost. Outside the contiguous US, or if you already chose UPS Next Day Air, we refund the shipping you paid instead. The guarantee does not cover orders held to verify payment or address, quoted or pallet freight orders, a missed carrier pickup, weather, or other events beyond our control. Delivery time after handoff is up to the carrier and is not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs & Address
Orders of 5 or more elements (all models combined) ship free by UPS Ground to the contiguous US; other orders pay the live rate shown at checkout. Online orders ship to US addresses only; other destinations by quote. It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. Enviro Membranes is not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Enviro Membranes will assist in filing carrier damage claims. Notwithstanding this, if your order arrives damaged in transit, tell us within 7 days of delivery and you may choose a free replacement or a full refund including shipping, as described in our Return Policy.
Returns, Warranties & Liability
Return Policy
Unused, unopened products in original manufacturer packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery with prior written authorization. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply. Custom orders, special pricing arrangements, and opened products are non-returnable.
Product Warranties
NanoH2O membranes (manufactured by NanoH2O Co., Ltd., formerly LG Chem Water Solutions) carry manufacturer warranties as specified in the product documentation. Enviro Membranes passes through all applicable manufacturer warranties but does not extend additional warranties beyond what the manufacturer provides. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Enviro Membranes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, equipment downtime, or production losses, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Product Suitability
While our AI assistant and our staff provide product recommendations based on information you supply, the final determination of product suitability for your specific application is your responsibility. We strongly recommend consulting engineering specifications before purchase.
Governing Law & Disputes
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in the courts located in Hidalgo County, Texas for any disputes arising from these terms.
Dispute Resolution
Before initiating any legal or arbitration proceedings, you agree to contact us at info@enviromembranes.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Many issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, product descriptions, AI interaction outputs, and code, is the property of Enviro Membranes or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
AI Assistant
Our AI assistant is provided as a convenience tool for product research and technical guidance. Outputs from the AI are informational only and do not constitute binding quotes, contractual offers, or professional engineering advice. Always verify specifications against official manufacturer documentation.
