If your system currently uses 8040 (8-inch diameter, 40-inch length) membranes from DuPont Filmtec, Hydranautics, or Toray, this NanoH2O membrane (formerly branded LG Chem NanoH2O) is a direct drop-in replacement with equal or superior performance.
The 'R G2' stands for Rejection and Generation 2. This specific model is optimized for high salt rejection (99.8%) and fouling resistance. Other models like the 'ES L' are optimized for Energy Saving (lower pressure), while '440' models offer higher surface area (440 ft²) for more flow.
